Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 53jili (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://53jili.cam and any of its associated sub-domains, mobile web interfaces, and digital properties (collectively, the "53jili Platform" or "Platform").

By accessing the 53jili Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or using any feature or service offered by 53jili, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 53jili Platform and close your account.

53jili operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All services offered on the Platform are subject to applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR's licensing conditions. The Platform is intended solely for use by eligible persons located within jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 53jili account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under applicable law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other gambling restriction imposed by 53jili or any recognized gaming authority.
• You are not a 53jili employee, contractor, director, officer, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing persons.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

53jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of account privileges, including the withholding of withdrawals, pending completion of the verification process.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age in order to gain access to the 53jili Platform commits a serious breach of this Agreement. 53jili will void all wagers, forfeit all winnings, and freeze all funds in any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age. 53jili may also report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible person may maintain only one (1) active 53jili account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identifying information, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a 53jili account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. Registration information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 53jili login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 53jili immediately via the on-site live chat support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. 53jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who gains access using your credentials — shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

53jili conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements and the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). All players must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 53jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier are credited to your 53jili account balance upon confirmation of receipt. 53jili does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 53jili bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with 53jili's anti-money laundering obligations. 53jili targets processing of all verified withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions during normal operational conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary based on the receiving institution's cut-off schedules. 53jili does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond 53jili's reasonable control.

53jili reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 53jili may request additional documentation before processing the transaction and may refer the matter to PAGCOR or the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by applicable law.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

53jili offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, bonus validity periods, and wagering (playthrough) requirements.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses issued on the 53jili Platform carry a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. General bonus terms state that players must wager bonus funds a minimum number of times on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

• Only one bonus may be active on your 53jili account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged.
• 53jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• If 53jili determines that a bonus was claimed through abusive, fraudulent, or collusive activity, 53jili reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings associated with it.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Game Rules, Fairness & Platform Integrity

All games available on the 53jili Platform operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by the size of bets, account history, VIP status, or any other player-specific factor. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.

• Attempting to circumvent or bypass any geographic restriction, security control, or access limitation implemented by 53jili.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 53jili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 53jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 53jili Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in or to any Platform content is transferred to you. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of 53jili.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 53jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 53jili Platform, even if 53jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 53jili's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 53jili account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 53jili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 53jili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any information provided therein, or the uninterrupted availability of Platform services.

Privacy & Data Protection

53jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 53jili Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 53jili processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

53jili will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third parties solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform, fulfillment of legal obligations, prevention of fraud and money laundering, and compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Account Suspension & Termination

53jili reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any 53jili account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, cheating, or money laundering.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age and identity verification.
• Conduct that 53jili reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Instruction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In the event of account termination for cause, 53jili may, at its discretion, withhold or forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including funds derived from bonuses or winnings under investigation. In cases where account termination is not related to a breach by the player, 53jili will process withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's verified payment method following completion of any pending investigations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the 53jili Platform, players are encouraged to first contact 53jili's customer support team via the on-site live chat to seek an informal resolution. 53jili commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable to gaming-related complaints.

53jili's records and logs, including transaction histories, game records, and account activity logs, shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute proceedings, unless demonstrated to be inaccurate by the player through clear and compelling evidence.

Amendments to These Terms

53jili reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on the account and/or via a prominent notice on the 53jili Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
